Installing and Managing Apps in OWA 2013

  • In the Exchange Administration Center for all mailboxes
  • In each individual mailbox

 

In the Exchange Administration Center (https://<CASName>/ecp)

Login with an account that has Administrative privileges.

  1. On the left hand side menu, click on Organization
  2. In the right hand side window click Apps
  3. Click on the  sign
  4. Choose from the following three options:
    • Add from office.com
    • Add from URL
    • Add from file

 

In individual mailboxes (https://<CASName>/owa)

Login with a user account

  1. On the left hand side menu, click on Apps
  2. Click on the  sign
  3. Unless the user has been given added privileges to install from URL / File, a normal user will get one option to install from:
    • Add from office.com

Use Ctrl+Shift+R to “Reply all” to the selected message.
