Logging into OWA fails after upgrading to Exchange 2013 CU2

After upgrading Exchange 2013 to cumulative update 2, users cannot login to OWA, however ECP is working fine

The following error appears when logging into OWA:

" :-(

Something went wrong

A Mailbox couldn't be found for NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM. If problem persists, contact your helpdesk"

  • To correct this error, you need to remove Computer Account from Organization Management Group
  • Make sure the "Administrator" user is added to "Members"
  • Make sure the "Administrator group" is added to "Members Of"
  • Restart all Microsoft Exchange Services for changes to take effect

Use Ctrl+Shift+R to "Reply all" to the selected message.
